Solo for one person, or three bundles priced by the size of your business. Each is a one-off fee. Every account stays in your name, and there's no long contract. Your app subscriptions, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, are paid directly to the provider and aren't included in these prices.
Everything in Essentials, with your work computers and company phones fully managed.

Everything in Essentials
Separate admin and emergency accounts, so everyday logins can't change your settings
Full device management: being able to secure, update and wipe work computers remotely. Company phones are enrolled too; personal phones get protection on the work apps, where supported
A review of your network and Wi-Fi, wherever you work
The Cyber Essentials certification fee is set by IASME, the certification body, not by us, and is charged at cost: currently £320 for up to 9 staff and £440 for 10–49, plus VAT.
Spread the setup fee over 12 months at no extra cost. The first payment is taken before work starts. The monthly plan is separate.
We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add to our prices.

Pricing questions
Questions about cost
What's in the free setup review?
A 20-minute call. You tell us what you use, and we tell you what's set up wrong, what you're missing and where you might be overpaying. If you're happy to, we'll look at your setup together by screen share, which makes the review quicker and more accurate. We never ask for a password or admin login. It's advice only: we don't make changes on the call, and there's no obligation. If you'd like us to fix anything, we'll give you a fixed price first.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The setup price is fixed. The only extras are the Cyber Essentials certification fee, which is set by IASME and charged at cost, plus VAT, and your own software licences, which you pay to the supplier directly. We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. You can pay the setup fee for Solo or any bundle in 12 interest-free monthly payments. The first payment is taken before work starts. The one-off extras are paid in full.
Are backups included?
Not as standard. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 keep your files and email available, but a separate backup adds protection against accidental or deliberate deletion. We can set one up as an add-on; ask us for a price.
Is a password manager included?
Yes, in every setup. We set up your browser's built-in password manager and move your logins into it. If you'd like a dedicated business password manager for sharing logins across your team, we can add one as an optional extra; ask us for a price. You pay for the subscription.
What Cyber Essentials is, when you actually need it, what it costs and how long it takes, written for small business owners who've just been asked for it.
A customer paid an invoice into a criminal's account after a "bank details have changed" email. What to do in the first hour, how to find out whose email was hacked, and how to stop it happening again.
Customers getting strange emails "from you", or bounce-backs for emails you never sent? Here's how to tell whether your account was hacked or your address was faked, and what to do about each.
Clients not getting your emails, or finding them in junk? It's usually three missing settings on your domain. Here's how to check and fix them in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
The Cyber Essentials question set changed in April 2026, and missing two-step sign-in on cloud services is now an automatic fail. What that means for a small business on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
