What we set up

  • Your domain and email

Help choosing and registering your domain in your name, and business email on Google Workspace (or Microsoft 365 where it suits you better)

  • Protection from day one

Protection against fake emails sent in your name, and secure accounts with a code from your phone

  • Computers and phones

Advice on what to buy, then set up, encrypted and kept up to date. You buy them; we don't sell hardware.

  • The tools you'll need

Booking pages, shared files, forms and calendars set up from what your plan already includes, so you don't pay for extra apps you don't need

  • Your website and shop

A website builder or host set up and connected to your domain, with forms and bookings linked up. You build the site, or we build a custom one for a quoted price; either way, we make sure everything behind it works.

  • Analytics, set up legally

See how people find you, with consent and a privacy notice that matches

  • The paperwork

A privacy notice and staff IT policy, and a reminder to register with the ICO if you need to

Why start properly?

  • No rework later. Accounts, email and devices set up properly once, instead of untangled when you grow.

  • Everything in your name. Your domain, accounts and licences belong to you from the start, not to whoever helped you set up.

  • Ready for your first hire. A short guide for adding new people, so growing doesn't mean starting again.

New business questions

Starting out

I haven't registered my domain yet. Can you help?

Yes. We'll help you choose one and register it in your name. You pay the registrar directly.

Should I use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

For most small businesses we recommend Google Workspace. We recommend Microsoft 365 if your business relies on Windows-only software or makes heavy use of the desktop Office apps, such as complex Excel spreadsheets, Word templates or macros. We support both, and we'll recommend one on the free setup review.

Do you sell computers or phones?

No. We'll tell you what to buy, you buy it, and we set it up.

When should I get in touch?

Ideally before you set up your email or buy your computers, but it's never too late.
